We hope you are happy with your product/s from Dog Box UK, but we all know there are situations that arise where product/s need to be returned for whatever reason (strict conditions apply – Please contact us for more information) and Dog Box UK understands this, so you can return any product/s for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of your Dog Box UK product/s on the understanding that they must remain unused and returned in their original packaging. Return costs are to be covered by you unless otherwise agreed with Dog Box UK, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the product/s returned to Dog Box UK arrive in a properly packaged and re-sellable condition. In the event of loss or damage during the product/s transportation from you to us with the carrier, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and claim compensation. Please allow 28 days for refunds/exchanges to be processed. Your refund/exchange request will be handled as quick as possible and it is highly unlikely for it to take this long, but during busy periods the process could take longer, and we may need extra time to process your refund/exchange.
If it has been agreed with Dog Box UK and we are arranging the return of product/s, please ensure the product/s are correctly supplied as stated above, you will be charged a collection charge at the same value as the original delivery charge (refer to original receipt/invoice for this).

No refund/exchange will be returned until the product/s have been received from you and thoroughly inspected by Dog Box UK. Any product/s found to have been modified, tampered, incomplete or showing ANY signs of damage or use will not be accepted back by Dog Box UK under any circumstances.
