Warranty Information

Dog Cages

All Dog Boxes supplied for domestic use are covered by our 12 month structural warranty. This warranty covers the main body of the box against structural failure, central divider, hinges, door locks. Exclusions to this are , Failure due to Accident/Impact Damage, Matting or Damage due chewing Vents/Doors. Powder coated finish (guaranteed for 12 months from purchase date) During this period defective products will be repaired/replaced at our discretion. The cost of returning the product for warranty work will solely be at the expense of the customer.

All Dog Box UK products supplied for commercial use are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Dog Box UK Storage Drawers

The warranty period on Dog Box UK Storage Drawers is 12 months. Exclusions to this are , Failure due to Accident/Impact Damage, Matting.
